How does the free Practice Grader work?
Enter your practice name and location. Dentplicity checks available Google Places and public web evidence, then returns a source-labelled snapshot. Places relevance is a proxy, not Google Maps or organic rank; deeper work depends on provider response and confirmed access.
Do you replace our current agency?
You can use it alongside your current agency as an evidence and approval layer. Managed SEO, ads, social, brand, and website work is scoped separately and remains draft-and-approve.
Is DentGPT HIPAA compliant?
Dentplicity's marketing workflows are not designed to receive patient health information. Do not submit PHI. Dentplicity is not positioned as your HIPAA business associate — see our HIPAA position for the full disclosure.
How long does implementation take?
The public grader begins immediately, while completion depends on provider response and available evidence. Local Visibility monitoring is founder-assisted and begins only after practice, source, cadence, and scope review. Managed website, brand, ads, SEO, and social timelines are confirmed in the approved project scope.

Can we keep our current website?
Yes. We can layer Dentplicity tracking and DentGPT workflows on any existing site before doing a redesign.
How does Dentplicity differ from Jarvis Analytics?
Dentplicity is dental-first. We combine local market reports, competitor data, and DentGPT content workflows built specifically for dental practices.
Is my patient data secure?
Do not submit patient health information. Dentplicity uses public and practice-authorized marketing data, protects account data with access controls, and documents its HIPAA position separately.
Can I use DentGPT for multiple practices?
Yes. Multi-location support is built in, and we can tailor outputs by location, specialty, and brand voice.
What AI models power Dentplicity?
OpenAI Responses models power generative work. Direct Google APIs remain authoritative for supported connected and public Google facts; complete owned-location Business Profile data requires approved GBP API access and a connected location.
How often is monitored evidence updated?
Supported connected and public sources are checked on disclosed cadences. Each source remains visibly current, stale, failed, or awaiting connection.
Do you integrate with my PMS?
Dentplicity does not require PMS access. The platform works from public sources, marketing systems, and practice-provided context.
What platforms can I post to?
DentGPT creates platform-ready drafts for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn, and more. Publishing stays approval-first so your practice controls what goes live.
How are subscription and managed-service terms handled?
Founder-assisted monitoring and managed work are activated only after scope and commercial terms are confirmed. Any active subscription's exact billing and cancellation controls appear in its authenticated billing workspace; quote-led services follow the approved proposal.
Can I export my data?
Yes. We can provide CSV exports and reports on request.
